Straw yellow color enhanced by a hint of very fine bubbles; delicately aromatic with fruity notes of apple and white peach and floral scent of rose; in the palate is dry, with a delicate and pleasant bubble, a good flavour and a good acidity.

Serve at a  temperature of 10°C avoiding long pauses  in the refrigerator.

Straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlate. It is the traditional wine, which is bottled in spring and the second fermentation takes place exclusively in bottle; this is guarantee by the presence of residue on the bottom of the bottle and the characteristic veiling.The perfume is intense, with notes of ripe apple and pear, wrapped by the typical note of crusty bread sold by the yeast.On the palate is dry and lively with a strong acidity.

Serve at a temperature of 8°C avoiding long pauses in the refrigerator.
